Rafa
Automation Delivery Manager
Rafa leads the Automation delivery team at We Are CORTEX, with a breadth of expertise across automation having worked in the field for over a decade. He believes that automation isn’t a tool but a mindset that should be instilled throughout an organisation by influencing its people, processes, and technology.
Amadeu
Customer Success Manager
Amadeu heads up our Customer Success team, working with our customers and partners at a business level to understand their automation goals and to help them to fulfil those with CORTEX. He has over 15 years’ experience working in the automation field having previously worked on the development of an event handling automation product.
Jonathan
Software Automation Engineer
Starting his Automation career in 2018 Jonathan has quickly implemented an impressive array of projects for a global client set.
He believes that it is imperative to not just focus on technology, but the people involved and the processes themselves to realise a strategic, business-driven automation vision.
Joe
Software Automation Engineer
Joe is a consultant specialising in project delivery and framework creation, with over eight years of experience working with some of the biggest names in the telecommunications industry.
He feels that taking stock of the bigger picture whilst implementing working solutions is crucial to any automation projects success.
Ravi
Software Automation Engineer
Ravi brings a wealth of experience having worked for prominent communications and service providers such as Alcatel-Lucent and Tech Mahindra. His previous experiences allow him to be uniquely focused on applying the most appropriate methodologies for individual business environments. Ultimately, his goal is to empower businesses to develop their strategies, and become self-sufficient in applying low/no code technology
Alan
Software Consultant
Alan has over 15 years’ experience helping businesses achieve digital transformation. His experience gives him expert insight into assisting customers to define and validate prospective automation projects and is experienced in leading internal teams to successfully implement their projects.
His extensive experience in designing and architecting large scale automation solutions allows him to create the tools to drive real change within an organisation.
Asfandyar
Software Automation Engineer
Asfandyar is a consultant who brings a breadth of expertise in control systems and automation implementation. He has gathered experience implementing automation projects for a variety of businesses giving him a solid foundation to provide advice to any business no matter the size.
A natural problem solver he excels at identifying the problems and pitfalls that are associated with implementing automation.
Pedro
Software Automation Engineer
Pedro has been working in process automation for over eight years and has developed his technical and non-technical skills as a technical lead and design architect.
Throughout his career he has collaborated with design and architect teams to determine requirements for new automation solutions. As well as providing technical guidance and training to development teams, he helps clients manage change within their business and ensure value is delivered through continuous improvement
