Automation cannot always be designed to exclude Humans. Despite many examples of fully autonomous designs, they are many more where a human is either necessary or preferred.

Most of the time this means we are able to engineer automation in such a way that the preferred tools of a business function, are the tools they can continue to use. If this is a ticketing system, and ITSM system, a Network Monitoring platform or whatever they prefer, the key is giving them one less system to work with. Conversely, when a new UI or Portal is required, we have the ability to create interaction areas, or Portals for users whenever this makes more sense. This is a simple process, on demand, and doesn’t require lots of effort from your business or the product. Keeping it simple is always the goal.

Automations have exceptions. Being able to easily and effectively manage this within your organisation is critical. Exceptions shouldn’t cause a ‘tools down’ moment for you, especially when uptime and continuity are business critical. Error handling logic from We Are CORTEX recognises this challenge and introduces ‘Retry’ and ‘Resume’ capabilities which optimise for service continuity, be that local to a functional block, on a per-state or per-workspace basis, or on a per-flow basis.

We Are CORTEX have extensive experience integrating a variety of CSP platforms, as well as generic tools used widely across the industry. We have yet to find a toll we cannot integrate one way or another, and this includes a significant number of what are now deemed ‘Legacy platforms’ and proprietary platforms. Having been around for so long, and having the bench of experts we have, we have retained a deep set of skills, and worked on hundreds, if not thousands of applications, mainframes and platforms. Our team have probably integrated the main tools you use in your business with our software for a CSP like you already.
