What is the typical timeframe to put a Use Case from concept into Production?
This is very difficult for us to estimate, as for some people, Use Cases are very small, and for others, they are quite complex and large. We have Customers going from paper to production in less than a day. Our most complex Use Cases (Completely Autonomous Alarm and Remediation Processes) can be engineered within a Financial Year. The biggest time factor here is connectivity to all the appropriate vendor equipment, platforms and tools you want us to orchestrate and automate, being made available to CORTEX.
What do you need to start off with CORTEX?
A problem! No, seriously, if your current tooling can’t solve the problem for you, maybe we can help. We will look to establish what is blocking you today, and we will confirm with you upfront if we can solve this for you. We learned a long time ago what we’re good at, where we bring value, and if we can’t, we don’t. We prefer useful relationships to anything else.
Which AI technologies do you use?
The AI we leverage is not our own. We use the best technology for any given solution. We try to be agnostic and capable of pivoting to what you want us to use, or we can bring recommendations to you, too. We don‘t want to leave you exposed to price gouging or vendor lock-in. We can help you avoid that elsewhere in your business, too.
Do you do Proof of Concepts?
We can, and we have done. We set these up with our commercial team and your business upfront.
