IR.21 and IR.85 changes affect multiple systems and teams. To automate them properly, providers need an end-to-end approach covering three stages: detect, assess, and deploy. Detection alone, such as through RAEX, is not enough. Operators also need automated impact assessment across network, OSS, BSS, and inventory systems, followed by controlled deployment with validation, audit, and rollback.
