We all appreciate the harmony required, so how do you achieve it, and then maintain it.
The People, Process, Technology (PPT) framework is widely credited to Harold Leavitt, an American psychologist and organizational behavior expert, who introduced a similar concept in his 1964 paper, “Applied Organizational Change in Industry”.
Leavitt described a model with four components—People, Technology, Structure, and Tasks—which later evolved into the simplified and widely used People, Process, Technology framework.
Being a automation technology company we focus on structure and tasks,to help our CSP clients automate their entire technology stack.
How? Decoupling processes from vendors, then harmonising like systems to perform as one. For example, when considering the consolidation of multiple inventory systems, or when trying to manage a set of vendors for a consistent service provisioning experience. The vendor-neutral, decoupling strategy leveraged by CORTEX, is how some large complex operators tackle these problems. We build backwards from tasks and forward from your strategic direction. We help to connect both ends of your business.
People, Processes, Technology is a cornerstone of business transformation strategies especially in telecom, IT, and automation.
