This interactive course builds on a delegate’s knowledge in using CORTEX to develop business automation solutions with structured and maintainable flows, with best practice methodologies. This course uses presentations, discussions, examples, and exercises to explore techniques and strategies to ensure a structured development process, resulting in flows that are powerful and easy to debug and maintain. It also takes a deeper look at some of the more advanced integrations with 3rd party systems and how to develop CORTEX Interaction Portal web forms.
After attending this course, delegates are expected to undertake the Advanced Orchestration Certification assessment, which is recommended and not mandatory. This assessment tests a delegate’s knowledge and skills using multiple-choice questions and a practical flow development task.

Course Objectives
This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to develop advanced automation flows using CORTEX Studio and to understand the appropriate use cases for the CORTEX Interaction Portal to support CORTEX flow processing. At the end of this course, delegates should be able to:
- Develop flows using CORTEX best practices.
- Discuss the challenges and solutions in developing a high-level solution architecture to automate a business process.
- Explain how to interact with 3rd party systems using some advanced CORTEX integration.
- Describe how CORTEX flows may be initiated from 3rd party technology.
- Develop Human-In-The-Loop user interaction with CORTEX Interaction Portal.

Prerequisites
