This interactive workshop is designed to enable delegates who are daily or very regular users of CORTEX 7, to develop flows on the latest CORTEX platform.
Using a blend of slides, quizzes, and exercises, this course enables delegates to become familiar with the latest CORTEX platform and helps them become confident in developing and debugging CORTEX. It also introduces the CORTEX Interaction Portal, which replaced CORTEX 7 LivePortal, enabling users to enter data into web forms for processing in the latest version of CORTEX.
Upon completion of the course, delegates will be able to practice their skills in an online ‘sandbox’ environment, before undertaking an online certification test to verify their knowledge and skills.

Course Objectives
This course provides the knowledge and skills to be familiar with CORTEX, to develop basic CORTEX flows using the latest version of CORTEX Studio and to use CORTEX Interaction Portal to enter data for CORTEX flow processing. At the end of this course, delegates should be able to:
- Describe the new ways of working and the latest features of our CORTEX platform.
- Identify the key features of CORTEX.
- Author basic CORTEX flows.
- Describe the purpose and use of CORTEX flow packages.
- Articulate the high-level architecture of CORTEX Interaction Portal.

The intended audience is primarily those responsible for developing business automation processes on
CORTEX 7, who will now be using CORTEX.

Prerequisites
Delegates must be fluent in written and spoken English. Delegates will usually be Certified for Foundation Training on CORTEX 7. If not certified, then recent material experience is essential.
